This puzzle looks just as enchanting here as it did on the store shelf, BUT after finishing it, Olivia and I feel like we just ran the New York Marathon. I threatened to throw it in the fire after it was completed because that snow just about made us crazy. Caitlin abandoned us yesterday never to return. We may never ever do this puzzle again.
Several years ago we did a puzzle that was a picture of Zinnias in a field with tons of green. Again I focused on the lovely flowers and not all the green leaves. It took us forever to complete that sucker and when we finally did there was a piece missing. We DID in fact throw that one away. And I still don't feel guilty about it.
We will start another puzzle tonight or tomorrow.
Puzzle season is continuing with huge success.
We still know we are puzzle nerds.
We still don't care.
