The day of coats

Well Thursday was apparently coat day in Monroe. Mollie and Caitlin were the happy recipients of 2 brand new beautiful coats. They came from somewhere......I'll not say where but they arrived in lovely boxes that deserve to be kept with the special memory that something wonderful had arrived inside them. Mollie's is a classic red cashmere overcoat and is quite lovely. For now, it will be stylishly worn as often as possible and then many years from now it will certainly become a most treasured heirloom. It is deliciously red.


Caitlin was stunned to open her box to find a Burberry trench coat. She wasn't sure at first if it was real or not but she quickly realized one of her MANY dreams had come true.....Burberry had come to live with her. She declared it fit like a glove and off to work she went wearing her newly received treasure. It too some day shall once again be a gift to bestow on a beloved daughter or granddaughter. It was a very successful day thanks to someone.
