Corsicana dirt cooking

There was always plenty of dirt for cooking and there were plenty of little people eager to cook it. Just in the last year or 2 we found a spoon in the back yard which indicates that children would sneak in Grandma's kitchen and swipe the needed utensils for the job. There was lots of fake eating of the dirt pies but I'm happy to report that the children were always fooled by the....close to the lips....ummmm it's delicious trick.
