More old school Corsicana

I love this picture of the yard. The live oak is still there as well as the bushes under Gran and Grandma's bedroom. I had forgotten about the roses that used to be beside the ditch. The oak tree that everyone is sitting under is still pretty small and there are some sort of fruit trees planted along the pasture fence. Gran loved a fruit tree be it peach or plum.

A close up of the same picture. I think that's Big Frank and Becky. Then Mollie, Nina and Grandma. Maybe Melanie bending over talking to Bessie. Not sure who that is with his back to the camera.

The original 3. Billie beget quite a lot.

Truly taking a break sitting on one of their red kitchen chairs. And that may be Frank in the background in the middle of his windup......golf or baseball.

Boys seining up crawfish

A close up of the same picture. Jarrett, Jared and Austin.

Lydia in the swing. Brooke trying to flatten the fruit tree. And here's one of those pictures I was talking about that has a pretty great view of the barbecue pit. Also pre-white fence along the pasture.

Rebecca relaxing on the back porch with a barefoot Truly. Bessie loved a Norfolk Pine tree. You can just see a little bit of it off to the left side. That's my Mazda 626 in the driveway.

Old school Corsicana. Gran's green truck that pulled many a hayride and I don't remember a screen door ever being on the little room. That's the fig tree just beside the red barn. And the fence is still there along the orchard.

Big Frank probably lining up the day's swinging with his grandchildren. That's Lindsey he's holding and then Meredith, Brooke and Jared. The lovely white fence is now in place.
