A good time was had by all

There was one thing left to do after the reception, send them on their way.

Carlie was ready to pelt them with soft petals. 

Emma found a place to rest her aching dogs. Also Owen holding her purse, obviously practicing for husbandhood. MUCH farther down the road. 

Then he passed it off to the Dad. 

And Dad got a little too flamboyant.

Sorry/not sorry Carrie.

The stage is set for the leaving.

Not sorry at all lady I don't know.

The other direction. 

It rained a little near the end of the evening and a warm southern night turned into a steamy southern night.

At the next morning's meeting James was unwilling to give us his thoughts on his previous evening. 

And with this post the wedding documentation ends and the marriage is well underway. From last September to June we've had three weddings. The three were exciting and fun and even though all three were very different, all were equally perfect and beautiful. Here's to the future for the new marrieds as well as the rest of us. 

Looking forward to the next great thing.  

In other news, at the end of Saturday John got one big project complete and I got two small ones. All in all it was a productive day. And with the posting of this, a rare occurrence is happening....two posts in one day. 

It's a phenomenon that doesn't happen often.

This was the perfect October day. 

Fall is fab and maybe the best one.
