Addy is a yellow dog
She hasn’t ever met a frog
If she did she would run away
Even if it begged her to stay
She is scared of vacuums and brooms
If she sees one she’ll run into another room
Her favorite place to play is outside
She likes to run and make the squirrels hide
When her and Dottie are out on the prowl
They bark so much all the other dogs howl
They bark at morning, noon, and night
It puts the neighbors into a fright
They’ve come inside to go to sleep
From now until sunup they won’t make a peep
