Even though Christmas 2011 came and went in a flash, we had such a fun time. Becky and Keith arrived in town on Friday and Carrie flew in on Christmas Eve evening due to a Scrooge. And once we all gathered for our official roll call, there was only one missing this year.....disease. Thank the good Lord it was booted out of our festivities. It felt wonderful not to be achy and chilled with fever this Christmas. The only thing that tried to dampen our spirits was a rainy night, but despite the drizzly eve, Carrie was fetched from the airport just in time to make it for our annual Christmas Eve communion at our church. Then once again we got in our 100 car caravan (OK maybe that's an exaggeration) and gathered together at Grandma's for our Christmas Eve breakfast, visiting and inevitable goofiness. There was much goofiness. There's always much goofiness. This year due to my well health I was able to help cook breakfast along with Becky, Olivia and Whitney, who by the way cooked 68 biscuits for 22 people. But they were delicious! No pictures were taken of the cooks which I now realize is and always has been a terrible oversight. Maybe we'll start that next year!
Anyway while the four of us cooked, many goofy people took many goofy pictures starting with the following.
