On another note but still related to dogs, Rosie the retriever and Addy the baddie seem almost incredulous that Dottie gets whatever food she wants whenever she wants. As she eats on demand, they stand nearby in utter disbelief at what they seem to perceive as total injustice towards them. If they could talk, some of the things they might express would be:
"Did you see that? Olivia's feeding her from a fork! "When did she become more human than us?"
"O M G, it's 11:00 at night and she's getting MORE FOOD! I don't even know what's going on anymore!"
"Cheezits! She's getting cheezits....at random....all day!"
"I just saw them try to sneak her like 5 or 6 dog biscuits! I saw it with my own eyes!"
"The unfairness of this situation has gotten COMPLETELY out of hand!"
