If you're wearing ears, you're in this post

It's been a busy week and I'm gonna finish this post no matter what. It may not have much meat to it, but I'm doin it.

A quick update on the ants, I think they've been defeated, or are quietly building a counter offensive. I'll let you know if I find a breach.  

This week has found me preparing to send Owen off for the summer. Ten weeks of work at a hospital lab in Mississippi will begin next week. He'll spend his birthday without us for the first time ever. That may not seem like a big deal, but it is to me. It's another layer of letting go. Twenty two years sounds young and old to me today. 

We're also celebrating and celebrating and celebrating Billie June's 90th birthday this weekend. It's a multi event affair. Surely I can pull off a post about it. 

In the meantime it's 4:27 and Emma lands in less than an hour and I have to rush!!

As stated in the title, if you were willing to put some kind of ears on your head for a snap, and I stole it, then you're represented. If not, sucks for you. Or, maybe it doesn't. I can't promise I got ALL the eared pics though. I tried really hard to.

Beba was bringing it with the giraffe face. 

I believe that, because Caitlin loves a giraffe. 

That's William as the giraffe...and Lindsey as a gazelle? Maybe? Let me go see a pic of a gazelle. After seeing gazelle pics, I can neither confirm or deny the gazelle.

I've never had my teeth cleaned by a giraffe.

This is not a stolen snap, but he was caught with ears, so here he is.

I'm sticking with bear.

I'm thinking this is a leopard or something that is associated with cheese. There's some cat like creature that's associated with a cheese product. Maybe it's Cheetos.  

This statement is still true.

Irish cats are fine Emma. Come to think of it, are there cats in Ireland? There are no snakes. 

I'm not sure what Emma is letting Anna chew on. Their names are very different, yet similar. 

Cats like pickles apparently. 

Lucas didn't make the cat cut.
